HomeLink International Associates (HLIA), Wolvengracht 28/1, 1000 Brussels, Belgium, is a non-profit organization registered in Brussels that is based on the principles of international understanding and cultural exchange.
The HomeLink platform enables members worldwide to spend their vacations in an authentic and affordable way in a real home. Instead of a traditional hotel stay or staying in a vacation rental, travelers swap their own home with another member and stay in that member’s house or apartment for the agreed-upon period. Their own car can also be included in the swap.
House-sitting is also popular among HomeLink members: While one member is away on vacation, another looks after their home and, if requested, takes care of the garden and pets.
In addition, members can invite host families from other countries to stay with them or organize a youth exchange for their children.
It’s important to note that home exchanges with HomeLink are free of charge and based on the principles of reciprocity and mutual trust.
