Looking for EUROPE particularly one or more of the following:
From 16 May 2008 through to 18 August 2008:
France including Paris, Provence, Dordogne, Chateres, or Loire Valley,
Amsterdam Belgium including Brugges , Antwerp, Ghent or Bruxelles

Ideally, a stay of one to three weeks or even longer can be considered. I
answer all emails. And I am open to other suggestions of where I should visit
in Europe!!!!
Every corner brings a new adventure.

For those who love good wines, fine foods, cultural and sporting events and
magnificent scenery, or just a good relaxing place to visit then beautiful,
cosmopolitan Melbourne is a hidden jewel - a must.
Close too to scenic places such as the Great Ocean Road, penguins at Phillip
Island, wineries in the Yarra Valley, Wilson's Promontory, the historic
goldfields, etc.

I am now an 'experienced' exchanger with 5 exchanges completed.

Very good access to public transport being 15 - 20 minutes
from the city centre, museums, galleries, theatres, tourist, cultural and

We have a modern 2 storey townhouse within walking distance (15 minutes) of the city centre, theatres, museums and art gallery. We are located between the vibrant restaurant / coffee shop areas of Beaufort St, Northbridge and Leederville. Just around the corner is Hyde Park with its lakes and birdlife. Nearby are tennis clubs, golf courses and lawn bowling as well as the picturesque Swan River with its many kms of bicycle / walking paths.
A 20 minute drive to the west takes you to some of Perth's beautiful surf beaches. 20 minutes to the east are the vineyards of the Swan Valley. 4 hours south are the Margaret River and Great Southern wine regions. Day trips can be taken to Wave Rock or the Pinnacles.
The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a study area with high speed broadband internet access. The living areas have reverse cycle air conditioning and one bedroom is air conditioned. We have a small private garden with a gas barbeque and outside dining facilities.
Perths public transport is good, but radiates out from the centre, which means that we are ideally located.
Use of our car is possible and a bicycle exchange could be agreed with experienced cyclists.
We have arranged a number of swaps January 5 til the end of May so the house is available for non simultaneous in June and July 2008.
